40 days until Easter Holiday !

Today it´s a special day for our friends from Uk, Ireland and Australia, because today is Pancake day.
This is the last day before the period which Christians call Lent, the time of abstinence beggins and for that reason pancakes are eaten on this day because they contain fat, butter and eggs which are " forbidden" during de Lent.

And it´s important because we know that there are only 40 days left until Easter, Holiday time.
